Health Care Reform in the US: A Patient's point of
view
by Allan Hampton Our medical care is completely broken. Doctors killed my mother too by giving her more tests to run up the bill for the insurance company. The reason they get away with that sort of thing is because a third party is paying the bill. The third party paying the bill is some sort of insurance program, usually through government, Medicare or Medicaid. But, it matters not cause in the end Taxpayers pay the insurance companies, if not direct then via government. You see, this is what I speak of about the Constitution, it all boils down to that, the Constitution. Our government is enacting unconstitutional "legislative" laws stealing our labor (money) and freedom. The medical industry is fighting the insurance companies over who get most of the loot that is left over after government gets through with it. What citizens need to do to restore our freedom and free enterprise is get unconstitutional (legislative) laws repealed. I say "legislative" to distinguish them from "constitutional" because there is nothing wrong with constitutional laws, we don't need to change anything about the Constitution, citizens simply need to "enforce" the Constitution. America is a Republic and in a Republic Citizens cannot repeal laws, constitutional or legislative. Citizens have to get Congress to repeal "legislative" laws, Congress cannot repeal constitutional laws anyway. Citizens have only three "powers" available to use to keep government confined by the Law of the Constitution. Those "powers" are; The Vote (for a candidate that will honor the oath of office, there is no other reason to elect any citizen to public office), Jury Duty, and Arms. |
